Go to Goals, click on the square bar placed in the front of your chosen goal then click on Change Schedule. Now you can set the reminder for your workout.
How do I view my completed sessions?
Once you finish your exercise till the end, go to the home screen and ‘Completed’ will be written below your chosen goal.
How many times a week should I workout?
It depends on the condition for which you are exercising. For eg, if you are doing it for Parkinson’s, it is recommended that you exercise 3 times a week at least.
How often should I workout?
It depends on the condition. For the chronic conditions like Parkinson’s and Stroke which require time and effort to get results, we recommend that you workout on a regular basis.
