How can I buy the subscription?

To buy a subscription, please click on ‘Settings’ in the Home Screen. It will direct you to the next page where you have to click Subscription. The subscription page will appear and you can choose either monthly or yearly subscription. There are many benefits of a paid subscription like:

  • A user will have access to a library of 12,000 exercises.
  • A user will be able to play unlimited audio-video sessions.
  • A user will be able to create a personalized therapy plan consisting of a set of exercises / recurring sessions based on his/her specific needs.
  • A user will have access to Coach Connect facility for free.

How much does the app cost?

The cost varies based on the country you live in and whether you choose the monthly or annual plan. For specific questions about which plan is best for you, please contact us at [email protected]

Can I upgrade my monthly subscription to annual subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade your monthly subscription anytime within the subscribed month before it gets expired. The amount for the remaining days will be adjusted on a pro rata basis which will get adjusted in the next month.( Eg. You paid $20 for a month subscription and you decided to upgrade the same in 20 days. The new rate is $10 so remaining 10 days will be calculated on pro rata basis and adjust in the next month)

How can I cancel my subscription?

You have to cancel your subscription manually. Cancellation can be done before subscription end date. To cancel the subscription you have to visit the subscription section of your app google play store or iTunes account and click on cancel subscription from the list. Steps are: Launch the Google Play Store app.
->Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel.

Here are the steps to cancel the subscription on Apple device:

  • Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  • Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  • Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.
  • Use the options to cancel your subscription.

Can I downgrade my annual subscription to monthly subscription?

You can only cancel an annual subscription and will not be able to downgrade subscription to a monthly plan.

I really like the app but can not afford it. Is there a way to get financial assistance towards my subscription fee?

We appreciate that you like the app. Request you to share your doubts with your insurance company if it can reimburse you the subscription fee. Also, you can write to us at [email protected] for details about financial assistance.

Do insurance companies reimburse the subscription fee?

We don’t bill Medicare or private insurance at this time, but we suggest you check with your insurance provider to ask about reimbursement. It would depend on the country you live in and the insurance plan you currently have.

Can I use FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay the subscription fee?

The app subscription fee should be reimbursable from both HSA and FSA, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts, you should always check with your plan administrator to confirm.

I switched over to iOS / Android recently. How do I transfer my purchase?

As of now, a user cannot transfer the subscription from one platform to another. Therefore, we suggest you cancel the subscription from your current device so that we can renew your subscription to your new device. For further clarity, please get in touch with us at [email protected].

Do you store credit card details at the time of payment?

No, we don’t store the credit card details of any user. The payment is safely handled by Google Play store or Apple store.
